| Over the last three years 13 men have taken part in our process. All have stayed at the residency for at least a year. All have their high school diplomas or are in the process of achieving it. Most have Vo Tech certificates in some trade. All the men who are now more independent have full time jobs. One of the young men was married this summer | |||
